Who we are
DejaVu Marketing is a division of Agentic Desk Solutions LLC, based in Cape Coral, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through deja-vu-marketing.com, our booking calendar, our contact form, and our calls, texts and emails, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you enter in our forms or booking calendar or send us by text or email.
- Public business information: for businesses we contact, the details shown on their public Google Business Profile, such as business name, phone number, rating, review count and listed services.
- Website data: pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools used by our website and scheduling software.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and schedule and hold calls with you
- To build and show website previews
- To set up and provide our services to clients, including billing
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service messages
- To improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, your appointments and, if you're a client, your account and service. These are not marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as website and CRM hosting, phone and email delivery, scheduling and payment processing, only as needed to provide their services to us
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public
- As part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business
We do not sell your personal information.
Website previews
When we build a website preview for a business, we use only public information from its Google Business Profile. Previews are labeled as previews, kept out of search engines, and taken down after 7 days or sooner on request. To have a preview removed, call (239) 990-3072 or use our contact form.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails with the unsubscribe link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call (239) 990-3072 or use our contact form.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
