Agreement
These terms apply when you use deja-vu-marketing.com or our services. DejaVu Marketing is a division of Agentic Desk Solutions LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We build websites and set up business phone, messaging, booking and review-request tools for local businesses, then keep them running for a monthly fee. What each client receives, and its price, is set out in that client's order or written agreement. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Fees and billing
- The setup fee is due when you sign up, before work begins.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month, or each year if you prepay, and continue until you cancel.
- Your domain registration is billed at our cost.
- Changes and extra work are quoted and billed separately, only when you ask for them.
- Plans include typical call, text and AI usage for a small local business. If your usage is well above typical, we'll talk with you before any extra charge.
Cancelling
Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime by calling us or sending a message through our contact form, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prepaid periods are handled as stated in your order.
Your domain and your content
Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours if you leave. You're responsible for the logos, photos and text you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You allow us to use that content to provide your services.
Your website, business line and app run on our software platform and stop at the end of your last billing period. On request, we'll send you a copy of your website text, your photos and your contact list.
Text messaging program
DejaVu Marketing text messages. We text people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts, about their inquiry, their appointments and, for clients, their account and service. We don't send marketing texts through this program.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and no further texts.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Clients who text their own customers
If your plan includes texting or email features, you agree to message only people who have given you permission, to honor opt-out requests, and to follow the laws that apply to your messages.
Website previews
A preview we build for a business is a sample based on public information. It is not that business's official website and is not endorsed by it. We take previews down after 7 days or sooner on request; call (239) 990-3072 or use our contact form.
No guaranteed results
We don't guarantee search rankings, call volume, leads or revenue. To the extent the law allows, our website and services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
